Baltimore County Restaurant Week is back, and this year’s event is bigger than before! With over 50 participating restaurants, and prix fixe menus ranging from $15 to $36, there’s truly something for everyone. This summer’s Restaurant Week runs from August 3 through August 18, so don’t miss your chance to try something delicious!
The Start of a Tradition
Restaurant Week was created over 25 years ago by Tim Zagat and Joe Baum, a food critic and restaurateur respectively. In efforts to increase business for New York City restaurants, the pair planned a week-long event to attract new guests and reporters to NYC. Restaurant Week has since spread throughout the United States and remains popular for restaurants young and old.
What is Restaurant Week?
If you’ve never participated in a Restaurant Week before, you’re in for a treat! Restaurants and businesses throughout Baltimore County promote lunch and dinner specials, all for under $36!
