Basta Pasta all started with a dream of bringing authentic, quality casual Italian cuisine to the Baltimore area in 2004 – and Fallston was our very first location to open and provide that quality service to our customers. Additionally, our Fallston location is the perfect size and atmosphere for all of your fundraising needs! Come visit us at our original flagship location and get a taste of Italy!

Each of our locations is unique in its charm and offerings, and we are proud of our Fallston location’s extensive wine list and special dishes. As we take our seafood very seriously, we hope you and your family enjoy our signature blackened chicken & shrimp, honey salmon, shrimp & scallop Luciano and, of course, Basta Pasta’s famous 8-ounce crab cake, which is delicious both broiled or fried. As a family-owned Italian restaurant, no meal would be complete without some of the most authentic and unique pasta dishes you’ll find anywhere in the area – tortelloni pesto, fettuccine Bolognese, risotto Milanese, and our classic sausage fettuccine, elegantly presented with Kalamata olives and fresh mushrooms!
